The "Delco Compression Type Fastening Device (ALT Type)" is a low-cost elastic fastening device using a double type plate system that integrates rubber and cast iron. It achieves a low spring constant while suppressing rail uplift, which is expected to be effective in reducing vibration and noise. It is compatible with both 50N and 60kg rails, as well as plate spring and wire spring types.
